Meet Jacy Pool, Branch Manager and Loan Officer at Premier Mortgage Resources. With 9 years of experience in the industry, Jacy is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their homeownership dreams. When she's not assisting clients, Jacy enjoys spending time outdoors with her four kids and Husband, taking advantage of the beautiful Idaho scenery. Born and raised in Idaho, Jacy is passionate about creating a stronger community for our daughters and believes in uplifting women. Her commitment to empowering others shines through in her work and interactions.
Linsey Higley
Vice President
Linsey Higley is a dynamic force in the Idaho community, serving as both a Realtor with Westerra Real Estate Group and Co-owner of The Gaslamp Event Center. Her deep-rooted passion for helping others and her creative flair drive her to excel in both industries. Born and bred in Idaho, Linsey's commitment to her hometown shines through in her personalized service and dedication to uplifting those around her. Whether she's guiding clients to their dream homes, orchestrating memorable events, or supporting her children on the sports field, Linsey approaches each endeavor with enthusiasm and integrity. With a knack for innovative marketing and a love for hands-on projects, Linsey is a versatile entrepreneur who thrives on making a positive impact in her community.
Elizabeth Karel
Second Vice President
Elizabeth is an Estimator at Meg & Co Designer Homes, and handles the full estimating process while bringing her expertise to every unique project. Elizabeth earned a bachelor's degree in Operations Management from the College of Southern Idaho and is looking forward to pursuing an MBA. She is passionate about the construction industry and focuses on building strong relationships with subcontractors and trade partners to ensure smooth project execution. She is a proud member of the Professional Women in Building organization, where she supports and advocates for women in the industry. She believes in the importance of community involvement, which is why she stays active in both local and professional networks. Outside of work, Elizabeth loves exploring the great outdoors with her husband and dogs, playing rec sports and always enjoys cooking a great meal to unwind.
Carissa Foote

Carissa Foote is an Area Sales Executive with TitleOne serving the community throughout the Magic Valley. She has immersed herself in customer service, sales, and sales management over the last 15 years. Carissa takes pride in providing value to others through industry education, community events, or even just a helping hand with day-to-day projects. In her free time, you can find Carissa spending time with her two daughters and husband. She enjoys camping, golfing, trying new restaurants, and is even a self-proclaimed foodie
Athena Brodin
Community Relations
Athena Brodin is the Sales and Marketing Director at TitleFact Inc, Twin Falls' locally trusted Title and Escrow company. Born and raised in Twin Falls, she holds a degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, which has empowered her to build professional business relationships within our community. Outside of work, Athena enjoys outdoor adventures, quality time with loved ones, and experimenting with new baking recipes.
